How do I use Mobilo on two iPhones, or an iPhone and an iPad?

Sign in with the same Apple Account on both and turn on iCloud Drive for Mobilo (Settings, your name, iCloud, Drive). Your data is one file, mobilo.json, plus receipts, in iCloud Drive, Mobilo. Both devices merge their changes: each expense keeps its latest edit and deletions are remembered. Sync usually takes seconds to a minute. Open Mobilo or pull down to refresh.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Mobilo saves on the device and sends changes when iCloud is reachable again. The line "Saved on this iPhone" means a change is waiting. Pull down to retry now.

What is Keep Downloaded?

Optional, recommended on a device you use offline. In Files, open iCloud Drive, touch and hold the Mobilo folder, then tap Keep Downloaded. Without it iOS can remove the local copy to free space; Mobilo downloads it again when needed, which needs a connection.

Something looks missing.

Pull down to refresh. Check that both devices are online and run the latest Mobilo. If the other device has a newer version, this one becomes read-only until you update. Check that your iCloud Drive storage is not full. As a last resort, force-quit Mobilo and open it again.

Where are my receipts?

In iCloud Drive, Mobilo, receipts, one folder per year. Receipts of open claims and of the last 3 months download automatically; older ones download when you open them.

How do widgets work?

Widgets show the figures from the last time Mobilo was open. Open Mobilo to refresh them. If a widget says "Open Mobilo", it has no figures for the current month yet.

Which Siri phrases work?

"Add an expense in Mobilo", "How much is left in Mobilo", "Expenses to submit in Mobilo". They run without opening the app; your iPhone must be unlocked.

How does the Face ID lock work?

It is a setting of each device and is not shared. Mobilo locks when you open it and after 5 minutes in the background.

Are the figures reliable?

They are estimates from the numbers you enter. Mobilo is not tax or legal advice. Check your own contract.

Comment utiliser Mobilo sur deux iPhone, ou un iPhone et un iPad ?

Connectez-vous avec le même compte Apple sur les deux et activez iCloud Drive pour Mobilo (Réglages, votre nom, iCloud, Drive). Vos données sont un fichier, mobilo.json, plus les justificatifs, dans iCloud Drive, Mobilo. Les deux appareils fusionnent leurs changements : chaque dépense garde sa dernière modification et les suppressions sont conservées. La synchronisation prend en général de quelques secondes à une minute. Ouvrez Mobilo ou tirez vers le bas pour actualiser.

Est-ce que ça marche hors ligne ?

Oui. Mobilo enregistre sur l'appareil et envoie les changements quand iCloud est de nouveau joignable. La ligne « Enregistré sur cet iPhone » signifie qu'un changement attend. Tirez vers le bas pour réessayer.

Qu'est-ce que « Conserver téléchargé » ?

Facultatif, recommandé sur un appareil utilisé hors ligne. Dans Fichiers, ouvrez iCloud Drive, maintenez le dossier Mobilo puis touchez Conserver téléchargé. Sans cela, iOS peut supprimer la copie locale pour libérer de la place ; Mobilo la télécharge à nouveau au besoin, ce qui demande une connexion.

Il me semble qu'il manque quelque chose.

Tirez vers le bas pour actualiser. Vérifiez que les deux appareils sont en ligne et ont la dernière version de Mobilo. Si l'autre appareil a une version plus récente, celui-ci passe en lecture seule jusqu'à la mise à jour. Vérifiez que votre espace iCloud Drive n'est pas plein. En dernier recours, forcez la fermeture de Mobilo et rouvrez-le.

Où sont mes justificatifs ?

Dans iCloud Drive, Mobilo, receipts, un dossier par année. Les justificatifs des demandes ouvertes et des 3 derniers mois se téléchargent automatiquement ; les plus anciens se téléchargent à l'ouverture.

Comment fonctionnent les widgets ?

Les widgets affichent les chiffres de la dernière ouverture de Mobilo. Ouvrez Mobilo pour les actualiser. Si un widget indique « Ouvrez Mobilo », il n'a pas encore de chiffres pour le mois en cours.

Quelles phrases Siri fonctionnent ?

« Ajouter une dépense dans Mobilo », « Combien reste-t-il dans Mobilo », « Dépenses à soumettre dans Mobilo ». Elles s'exécutent sans ouvrir l'app ; votre iPhone doit être déverrouillé.

Comment fonctionne le verrouillage Face ID ?

C'est un réglage propre à chaque appareil, non partagé. Mobilo se verrouille à l'ouverture et après 5 minutes en arrière-plan.

Les chiffres sont-ils fiables ?

Ce sont des estimations basées sur vos données. Mobilo ne donne pas de conseil fiscal ou juridique. Vérifiez votre propre contrat.

Hoe gebruik ik Mobilo op twee iPhones, of een iPhone en een iPad?

Meld u op beide aan met dezelfde Apple-account en zet iCloud Drive aan voor Mobilo (Instellingen, uw naam, iCloud, Drive). Uw gegevens zijn één bestand, mobilo.json, plus bewijsstukken, in iCloud Drive, Mobilo. Beide toestellen voegen hun wijzigingen samen: elke uitgave behoudt haar laatste wijziging en verwijderingen worden onthouden. Synchroniseren duurt meestal enkele seconden tot een minuut. Open Mobilo of trek naar beneden om te vernieuwen.

Werkt het offline?

Ja. Mobilo slaat op het toestel op en verstuurt wijzigingen zodra iCloud weer bereikbaar is. De regel "Bewaard op deze iPhone" betekent dat een wijziging wacht. Trek naar beneden om nu opnieuw te proberen.

Wat is Bewaar gedownload?

Optioneel, aanbevolen op een toestel dat u offline gebruikt. Open in Bestanden iCloud Drive, houd de map Mobilo ingedrukt en tik op Bewaar gedownload. Zonder dit kan iOS de lokale kopie verwijderen om ruimte vrij te maken; Mobilo downloadt ze opnieuw wanneer nodig, daarvoor is een verbinding nodig.

Er lijkt iets te ontbreken.

Trek naar beneden om te vernieuwen. Controleer of beide toestellen online zijn en de laatste Mobilo draaien. Heeft het andere toestel een nieuwere versie, dan is dit toestel alleen-lezen tot u bijwerkt. Controleer of uw iCloud Drive-opslag niet vol is. Sluit Mobilo als laatste redmiddel geforceerd af en open het opnieuw.

Waar staan mijn bewijsstukken?

In iCloud Drive, Mobilo, receipts, één map per jaar. Bewijsstukken van openstaande aanvragen en van de laatste 3 maanden worden automatisch gedownload; oudere bij het openen.

Hoe werken de widgets?

Widgets tonen de cijfers van het laatste moment dat Mobilo open was. Open Mobilo om ze te vernieuwen. Staat er "Open Mobilo", dan zijn er nog geen cijfers voor de huidige maand.

Welke Siri-zinnen werken?

"Voeg een uitgave toe in Mobilo", "Hoeveel is er over in Mobilo", "Uitgaven om in te dienen in Mobilo". Ze draaien zonder de app te openen; uw iPhone moet ontgrendeld zijn.

Hoe werkt de Face ID-vergrendeling?

Het is een instelling per toestel en wordt niet gedeeld. Mobilo vergrendelt bij het openen en na 5 minuten op de achtergrond.

Zijn de cijfers betrouwbaar?

Het zijn schattingen op basis van uw invoer. Mobilo geeft geen fiscaal of juridisch advies. Controleer uw eigen contract.

2台の iPhone、または iPhone と iPad で使うには？

両方で同じ Apple アカウントにサインインし、Mobilo の iCloud Drive をオンにします（設定、ご自分の名前、iCloud、ドライブ）。データは iCloud Drive の Mobilo フォルダ内の1つのファイル mobilo.json と領収書です。両方の端末が変更をマージし、各支出は最新の編集を保持し、削除も記憶されます。同期は通常数秒から1分ほどです。Mobilo を開くか、下に引いて更新してください。

オフラインでも使えますか？

はい。Mobilo は端末に保存し、iCloud に接続できるようになると変更を送信します。「この iPhone に保存済み」と表示されている間は、送信待ちの変更があります。下に引くとすぐに再試行します。

「ダウンロード済みを保持」とは？

任意ですが、オフラインで使う端末にはおすすめです。ファイルアプリで iCloud Drive を開き、Mobilo フォルダを長押しして「ダウンロード済みを保持」をタップします。設定しないと、iOS が空き容量のためにローカルコピーを削除することがあります。必要になると Mobilo が再ダウンロードしますが、接続が必要です。

データが足りないようです。

下に引いて更新してください。両方の端末がオンラインで最新の Mobilo であることを確認してください。もう一方の端末が新しいバージョンの場合、アップデートするまでこちらは読み取り専用になります。iCloud Drive の容量がいっぱいでないか確認してください。最後の手段として、Mobilo を強制終了して開き直してください。

領収書はどこにありますか？

iCloud Drive の Mobilo フォルダ内の receipts にあり、年ごとにフォルダ分けされています。未精算の申請と直近3か月の領収書は自動でダウンロードされ、それより古いものは開いたときにダウンロードされます。

ウィジェットの仕組みは？

ウィジェットには、Mobilo を最後に開いたときの数値が表示されます。Mobilo を開くと更新されます。「Mobilo を開く」と表示される場合は、今月の数値がまだありません。

Siri で使えるフレーズは？

「Mobilo で支出を追加」「Mobilo の残りはいくら」「Mobilo で提出する支出」。アプリを開かずに実行されます。iPhone のロックを解除しておく必要があります。

Face ID ロックの仕組みは？

端末ごとの設定で、共有されません。Mobilo は開いたときと、バックグラウンドに5分いた後にロックされます。
